Bishop Harris married the love of his life, the beautiful Marguerite Amougou, in 2005. They are the proud parents of three children: Alberta Daniel Harris, Aaron L. Harris II, and Rachel-Victoria Ebogo Harris.
Bishop-Elect Harris preached his first sermon at the age of 10 in Beckley, WV, under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Mother Ruby Berry at the Church of God MPG of T. Bishop-Elect Harris was ordained an Elder on September 30, 2007, while serving at the Macedonia Church of God in Christ in Wilmington, DE, under the Late Honorable Bishop Charles Curtis Lockett Sr.A native of Delaware,
Bishop Harris earned his Associate of Science degree from Wesley College in Dover, DE. He then received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Strayer University in Washington, DC, and an Executive MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute. Additionally, he holds a Master of Ministry from Luther Rice College and Seminary.
Bishop Harris has been engaged in pastoral ministry since 2008 and is the current Senior Pastor of Chippey AUM Church in Hockessin, DE. Bishop Aaron L. Harris Sr. is a dynamic preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He is known for his Word-rich sermons which are designed to educate, equip, and empower the hearer for success in all aspects of life.
